November 19, 2008 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP, franchisor of the fast casual restaurant chain "Nothing but Noodles," announced today the opening of its second Charlotte area restaurant, located at 1605 Elizabeth Avenue, directly across from Presbyterian Hospital. The opening marks the second of six the company has planned over the next few years in Charlotte. "Charlotte has been a great market for us over the past two and a half years," states Todd Welker, Co-Founder and CEO. "And we look forward to our operator, Todd Gallinek, opening several more stores in the years to come."
Co-Founder Chad Everts adds, "With the continual increase of stresses facing consumers, we feel that our product, service and price point are all in line with the best fast casual concepts in the market."
Store owner, Todd Gallinek, had been interested in the Elizabeth Avenue corridor for some time before moving forward with the opening. Even with the increased construction and traffic issues on Elizabeth Avenue, Mr. Gallinek feels that it is the place to be in uptown Charlotte.
"We are located right across the street from Presbyterian and Mercy Hospitals on one side and flanked by Central Piedmont Community College and the central business district on the other side," states Gallinek. "Nothing but Noodles is pleased to join the Elizabeth Community, and we will strive to offer the same level of community support and service as is currently being done at our Stonecrest location."
Based out of Scottsdale, AZ, Nothing but Noodles is the fresh alternative to fast casual dining, offering global taste selections from Asian Pad Thai and Beef Stroganoff to a variety of pan-seared soups, hand-tossed salads, and delectable desserts. There's something for everyone at Nothing but Noodles!
