Lisa Fullbrook is the First Female ActionCOACH in UK's South East Team

Fullbrook has a passion for coaching and has found her calling as an ActionCOACH.

Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Ian Christelow has named Lisa Fullbrook as the newest ActionCOACH in the United Kingdom.

Based out of Woodley in Reading, she will be practicing in the South East territory in the UK. She is the first female ActionCOACH in the United Kingdom's South East team.

Fullbrook has worked in leadership roles in the corporate world for the past 11 years. In her most recent role, she was head of several departments and has worked in this capacity for the past six years.

In this leadership role, Fullbrook successfully developed teams and individuals, who in turn, generated significant business growth. Her career began as a trainee and due to her determination, willingness to learn and hard work; she was able to climb up the corporate ladder whilst creating a balanced lifestyle.

Fullbrook has a need to excel in everything she takes on. She recalls how her teacher once said to her that she should never be satisfied with anything other than her very best.

"My people skills and passion for developing others along with my knowledge in various departments ranging from HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Direct Sales will be beneficial in my coaching career," she said. "I have also lead teams most of my life - from early sporting teams at school to corporate teams."

Fullbrook had reached a point in her life when she longed for a brand new challenge and direction; she wanted to be self-employed with the benefits of being part of a team.

ActionCOACH seemed like a perfect fit for Fullbrook's desire and passion.
