Most famous for its innovation of the "granite slab" technique, the brand will offer holiday themed pies beginning this Thanksgiving. Marble Slab's gourmet ice cream pies will include new Apple 'n' Spice and Pumpkin flavors. In addition, the brand will add two new holiday themed ornament ice cream cakes to its list of products. The new line is coming out just weeks after the brand launched a new text messaging campaign -- customers can text "slab" to 30364 to receive mobile coupons, including a special offer on cakes and pies.
