Noodles & Company Declares 'Make Room for Meatballs!'

New Spaghetti & Meatballs Dish Launches in Colorado Today

BROOMFIELD, CO--(Marketwire - December 10, 2008) - Noodles & Company, the quick-casual, globally inspired noodle restaurant that serves a balanced menu of freshly sautéed Asian, Mediterranean and American cuisine, today announces a new signature dish to its Colorado menu -- Spaghetti & Meatballs. This marks the first permanent noodles menu addition to the Noodles & Company line up since 2004 and comes on the heels of the company's 200th restaurant opening last month.

"At Noodles & Company, we're always striving to create more flavorful, balanced dishes from around the world and were looking for a new signature dish for our guests to enjoy," said Ross Kamens, Noodles & Company executive chef. "Our new Spaghetti & Meatballs is a hearty, classic dish that is sure to become a family favorite. What really makes it special are the meatballs. Every dish is served with five baked meatballs that are a delicious blend of pork and beef with Italian herbs, parmesan and garlic."

The five meatballs are served over a bed of spaghetti noodles with a crushed tomato marinara sauce, available in regular or spicy, and are garnished with parmesan cheese. Meatballs also can be added to any of Noodles & Company's 18 menu items and are recommended with Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, Penne Rosa or Mushroom Stroganoff.

The small Spaghetti & Meatballs is $5.25 and a regular is $7.25. Noodles & Company plans to introduce the dish system wide in early spring. The company plans to open its 35th Colorado location on Thursday, Dec. 11 in the Highlands Ranch Town Center at 1601 Mayberry Drive.
