Chartered Accountant to Business Coach, Graham Mitchell Has Been Named an ActionCOACH in South Africa
Mitchell is excited about helping other business owners, while also achieving his own goals.
Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Pieter Scholtz has named Graham Mitchell as an ActionCOACH in South Africa.
His office will be located in River Club, Sandton, and he will be focusing on the Gauteng region.
A desire to assist business owners in growing their businesses and to help them fulfill their dreams motivated Mitchell to join ActionCOACH.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mitchell spent five years as Corporate Finance Advisor before becoming the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Houses for Africa Inc. – a pan-African housing development company.
Mitchell made many strides in his previous career. He helped establish Houses of Africa as an operational company by raising a $10 million construction finance facility for the development of a 3700-unit housing estate in Lusaka, Zambia, and secured a $45 million mortgage finance facility to provide the first home loan mortgage product in the region.
"I also helped accelerate the growth of Houses of Africa by driving the establishment of a large-scale housing development in Abuja, Nigeria," he said. "In addition to this, I helped provide acquisition, valuation and finance advice to some of South Africa's largest companies, including MTN, Toyota, Combined Motor Holdings and Eskom."
Mitchell believes that the skills he gained as a Chartered Accountant and his extensive business experience combined with the systems of ActionCOACH will benefit his clients.
"Through my experience as a corporate financier, I have gained exposure to a broad spectrum of companies and have had the privilege of successfully guiding senior management through complex and high risk decisions," he said. "As Chief Operating Officer for Houses for Africa I gained firsthand experience in growing and establishing a new business enterprise in difficult operating environments such as those of Zambia and Nigeria."
Mitchell was impressed by the intellectual capital ActionCOACH has developed over a period of 15 years.
"I am particularly impressed by how well-tailored ActionCOACH systems are for assisting the owners of small and medium sized businesses to achieve their vision and goals," he said.
ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
