From Coaching Athletes and Sales Teams to Coaching Business Owners – Kyle Oberndorf Joins ActionCOACH

Oberndorf has always believed in living his dreams. With ActionCOACH, he will now also be able to help people reach their goals and live their dreams.

Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Greg Kopchuk has named Kyle Oberndorf as an ActionCOACH in Canada.

He will initially work out of his home-office in Surrey, British Columbia.

"Surrey is the second largest metro area in British Columbia - just slightly behind Vancouver. My plan is to own a firm within 12 months and establish a business office close to my residence in Surrey," he said.

Oberndorf comes from a sales and marketing background. Most recently, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for a local company that manufactured and sold marine windshields globally.

"When I joined, the company had been in business for 17 years with sales of just over $5 million," he said. "I was instrumental in increasing profitability 47% over 24 months, and sales 78% in 22 months."

Oberndorf's sales background ranges from direct sales to small retail businesses in the beverage and sporting industries to the largest retailers, including Costco, MEC and the Brunswick Group.

"I have also been actively involved in daily activities relating to human resources, product development, manufacturing and production," he said. "I have a 'think outside of the box' approach to business and sales, along with an extremely focused and determined desire to succeed."

Based on his past experience coaching sales teams as well as athletes in a variety of sports, Oberndorf feels ActionCOACH is a perfect fit for his skills and interests.

"ActionCOACH will allow me to help business owners grow their businesses as well as achieve their personal goals," he said. "This opportunity will help me combine all aspects of my business and personal background as well as passion - into the ideal career."

The desire for a more balanced lifestyle also prompted Oberndorf to explore the ActionCOACH opportunity.

"As a devoted husband and active father of four children, I was looking for an opportunity to help businesses in the community reach their full potential, whilst making their personal lives more balanced," he said. "I am passionate about participating in life and sports such as snow and water-skiing, racing cars and go carts as well as camping and riding bikes with the family. So I wanted a career that would allow me to assist business owners in helping themselves – using my own past experiences in business and life."

A member of the Surrey Board of Trade and the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, Oberndorf is also an active member of Water-ski Canada, Sports Car Club of BC and Sports Car Club of America. He is also the Vice President of the Fraser Valley Water-ski Club.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
