Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Julie Wagstaff has named Shweta Jhajharia as an ActionCOACH in the UK.
Her office will be located in London.
The opportunity to fulfill her dream of business ownership and to generate wealth for herself and her clients led Jhajharia to become an ActionCOACH.
"I also found synergy between the requirements of becoming a coach and my competencies," she said.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Jhajharia worked with Unilever as a Marketing Manager. She has had many accomplishments in the various positions she has held during her corporate career.
As Global Marketing Knowledge Manager, she worked on models and principles based on category best practices to drive market growth in a measurable and disciplined way. As Customer Marketing Manager, she developed and led the execution of fully integrated shopper- and-channel insight based business building opportunities for two national channels. As Senior Brand Manager, she directed the aggressive value growth of Knorr (Unilever's largest brand) through consumer understanding and innovations in relevant categories. She also received the Director's Award for this project.
Finally, as Area Sales Manager, she managed a team of 138 salesmen and 28 distributors and ensured implementation of Sales Strategy and Brands Point of Purchase (POP) Vision for the business – again she received the Director's Award for this.
"Eight years of experience and learning have provided me with a strong knowledge-base in the areas of sales, marketing, advertising, customer management, team building and business development - knowledge and experience I will be able to draw upon for my clients," she said.
Jhajharia had a positive first impression of ActionCOACH.
"ActionCOACH has an energetic, vibrant and inclusive culture with great support systems," she said. "During my due diligence and coach shadow, I came across various business owners who are clearly in need of help. They are great at operations but need help in marketing, goal setting and the financial aspects of running a business. There is a huge potential to unlock value in the businesses and that's where I get my strong business conviction from."
Jhajharia is excited about the business coaching opportunity.
"I find the fact that my business is based on reciprocity to be particularly motivating - my business and financial success ultimately depends upon my clients' success," she said. "Secondly, the universality of coaching concepts and techniques across businesses and situations brings in varied experience."
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – India's premier management institute and one of the world's top-rated business schools, Jhajharia is an arts enthusiast and enjoys paragliding in her free time.
ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
