ActionCOACH Nigel Jew Has Expanded His Business to Include Executive Coaching in the U.K.

Jew will bring the entrepreneurial mindset to his executive coaching clients to enhance their performance.

Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Wanting to be part of what he believes will become the world's largest executive coaching team, Nigel Jew enrolled in the executive coaching program recently launched by ActionCOACH – the world's undisputed leader in the business coaching category.

Having worked at the Senior Executive Level in various large corporate companies, including Coca-Cola and Constellation Brands, Jew is aware of the opportunities and issues that senior executives face and the value external coaching offers individuals and organizations.

Jew started a highly successful business coaching practice earlier this year in Gloucestershire UK and has now ventured into executive coaching in order to expand his business, whilst exploring the enormous opportunities that exist in this niche market.

Jew recalls how he himself benefited from having a personal coach in his past corporate career.

"During my tenure as Director of a Pan European business, I benefited immensely from having a coach," he said. "The clarity I developed in succeeding in my role as a result of this coaching process was absolutely incredible; it enhanced my skills and made me a better leader."

As far as marketing this new service is concerned, Jew has a plan.

"My network of senior executives in large companies will be my starting point," he said. "Once I successfully deliver an assignment, I will develop a testimonial-led strategy and market to large organizations at the local level."

Jew will also be able to devote most of his time to coaching - when his wife joins his business in January next year.

"I see winning large corporate accounts as a network-led sales process where significant trust needs to be developed in me as the Coach," he said. "However, the opportunities that exist in Gloucestershire are immense- there are more than 100 top companies- in which executive coaching will be relevant to help them stay ahead in their markets."

Jew sees executive coaching to be complimentary to business coaching.

"By becoming a more broad based coach and by coaching executives I will be able to deliver even better results to all my business clients- at the same time my corporate clients will be able to draw upon the entrepreneurial mindset I will take from my experience as a Business Coach," he said. "Additionally, the credibility of coaching top organizations will be very useful to grow my total coaching business."
