Popular Restaurant Destination Opens Fifth of Five Chicagoland Locations Opened in Late 2008

Schaumburg, Ill., // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels invites friends, residents and commuters to celebrate the grand opening of the newest location in Schaumburg at the intersection of Meacham Rd. and Tower Rd. as we open for business on Monday, Dec. 29.

This is the fifth and final Einstein Bros. restaurants to open this year in Illinois," said Garry Teal, regional business director for Einstein Bros., a brand of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL). The restaurant is located at 1422 Meacham Rd. and will be open between 5:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Spanning nearly 3,000 square feet, the restaurant seats up to 50 guests in an atmosphere that combines the energy of the local neighborhood with a tradition of great tastes, textures and aromas. For added convenience, the restaurant also has a patio that seats up to 20.

Einstein Bros.' diverse menu offerings include signature sandwiches, fresh baked breads, home-style soups, tempting sweets, artisan roasted coffee and its award-winning bagels.

Today marks the opening of the first Einstein Bros. restaurant in Schaumburg.
