Fairlawn First Watch To Open This Spring

New Daytime Café in Fairlawn Marks First Watch's Fourth Northern Ohio Restaurant

January 05, 2009 // Franchising.com // Bradenton, Fla. – First Watch, the nation's fastest-growing daytime-only restaurant concept, announced today it will open a new restaurant – its 20th in the state of Ohio and fourth in the northern Ohio region – at the Summit Mall Shopping Center on West Market Street in Fairlawn.

Construction on the restaurant, which will be approximately 3,500-square-feet and will seat 120 patrons, is expected to begin in Winter 2008, with a projected opening during the Spring of 2009. The restaurant will be located at 3265 West Market Street, Fairlawn, OH 44333.

First Watch opened its first restaurant in Ohio, in 1991, at Kenwood Galleria in Cincinnati. Today, the company currently operates three restaurants in the northern Ohio/Cleveland market including:

  • Rocky River – Beachcliff Market Square
  • University Heights – Cedar Center
  • Crocker Park – Westlake
