Yohanes Pauly is the newest coach from Indonesia.
Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Herman Susanto has named Yohanes Pauly as an ActionCOACH in Indonesia. Pauly will be operating from his office located in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia.
"My friend who is an extremely satisfied client of ActionCOACH introduced me to the franchise. I thank him as one of the first supporters who made me consider taking on this role as a Business Coach," he said.
"If I could see my life at the very end – in the future – I would like to see myself as someone who has been able to impact the lives of other people in a positive manner," he said.
Pauly feels that he can achieve his personal and professional objectives through ActionCOACH.
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Pauly was Marketing Director in Danone. He has extensive marketing experience and has worked with the best in the industry – from Unilever to Pepsi-Cola. He has also worked with Fonterra in his early career. Before entering the marketing world, Pauly was Strategic Research Analyst at Astra International, a highly respected Indonesia-based company.
During his professional life, Pauly delivered great results. He revolutionized the ice-cream business at Unilever by increasing in-home consumption in Indonesia. Together with his team's innovative marketing and sales strategies, Wall's ice cream was able to achieve a 350% growth within one year – resulting in sudden achievement of market leadership – with a 30% increase in market share. His team received the "Unilever Enterprise Award" in 2003 for having the entrepreneurial spirit to grow the Unilever ice cream business in Indonesia.
With his cross-countries team, he also ran a provocative path-breaking campaign in South East Asia for Rinso, Omo and Breeze fabric cleaners. The team finally got the "Unilever Global Award for Brand Communication" in 2005. Similarly, Pauly helped many big brands including Pepsodent, increase its sales and market share.
"I believe as a person I have a combination of marketing skills and business sense, which hopefully will be a powerful combination," he said. "I want to contribute substantially by making sure my clients have businesses with sustainable growth, while also helping them develop and invest in the brands." He believes great brands deliver great businesses, and vice versa.
Pauly was very impressed by the team of coaches he met in Indonesia.
"ActionCOACH in Indonesia to me is a group of highly qualified people who are really enthusiastic and passionate about positively impacting the lives of fellow business owners," he said. "Together with Herman Susanto and his team of highly qualified coaches, we will help coach as many Indonesian business owners as we can. In other words, we want to start making our way to get closer to the organizational vision – a coach in every business."
Recently Indonesia Marketing Association, MarkPlus and SWA nominated Pauly as the "Indonesia Young Marketer to Watch". He also achieved the Best Graduate Honor with cum laude from iBii Business School, as well as full scholarship based on his GPA score during his academic years.
"I always encourage myself and others to live their passion – and keep their passion a reality – not only in their attitude and behavior, but also in their day-to-day lives," he said.
A member of the Indonesia Marketing Club, Pauly is an occasional guest speaker in the Indonesia Marketing Forum. He also joined International Business Coaching Institute & OnStartups, which is one of the biggest global communities for entrepreneurs.
