January 14, 2009 // Franchising.com // Bradenton, Fla. – First Watch, Orlando's choice for "Best Breakfast" as voted on by the readers of the Orlando Sentinel, and the nation's fastest-growing daytime-only restaurant concept, announced today it will open a new restaurant – its sixth in the Orlando area – at the new UCF Foundation Shopping Center being constructed on University Blvd. in east Orlando. Construction on the restaurant, which will seat approximately 120 patrons, is expected to begin immediately with a projected opening this Spring.
