Crystal Lake, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PFC Classic Dining Restaurant Group, a Midwest restaurant operating group, today announced the opening of the Greendale, Wisconsin Ruby Tuesday restaurant. It opened its doors to the public for dinner at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 13th. This restaurant is located on South 76th Street in Greendale, Wisconsin, and is the new upscale building prototype. This is the first franchised Ruby Tuesday developed by RT Holdings of Southern Wisconsin, LLC. RT Holdings of Southern Wisconsin, LLC, plans to open five restaurants in southern Wisconsin over the next five years. Principals of RT Holdings of Southern Wisconsin, LLC include Darell Imler, Henry Laka, Ken Kilberger and Don Carlson.
Don Carlson will oversee operations of the Greendale location. His management team consists of three additional managers- Henry Mickevicious, Eileen Swanberg, and Darren Kruse, along with over 100 Team Members.
Mr. Carlson, a Ruby Tuesday veteran, has more than 15 years of restaurant management experience and will oversee operations of the five new Wisconsin locations. The other principals each have over 25 years of restaurant operations, development, and finance experience.
