Jodie Shaw is Now Director of Franchise Sales and Marketing at ActionCOACH

She will be leading the sales and marketing efforts on the franchise side in her new role.

Las Vegas, NV, --( ActionCOACH, the number one business coaching firm in the world, has appointed Jodie Shaw as Director of Franchise Sales and Marketing.

Shaw, who headed the marketing efforts for the ActionCOACH brand for four years as the Director of Marketing has now moved on to franchise side of the business. She took over her new role in January 2009, which will fill her calendar with many frequent flier miles as she expands the franchise into new territories.

As the Director of Marketing, Shaw has dramatically improved ActionCOACH's competitive position via the profitable marketing of the company's products and services.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Shaw worked in both strategic and creative roles in direct marketing, advertising and management, and as a copywriter and journalist. A high achiever with platinum standards, she has been the backbone of the company – continuously striving to maintain and improve the company's competitiveness through strategic and creative thinking.

"Jodie is a tremendous asset to the company- she has been able to lead not only her team but the entire coaching community the world over in a strategic manner – she is a true leader," founder and CEO of ActionCOACH Brad Sugars said. "We needed her strategic thinking for our franchise development efforts."

A deep sense of commitment, passion, creativity and strategic thinking has been the foundation of Shaw's career.

When the company's name changed from Action International to ActionCOACH, Shaw was given only six months for the whole rebranding project. At the time, she had a small team and had to labor hard to reach her goal.

"I have put in a lot of time for this brand to grow and it is good to go forward and lead the franchise sales and marketing efforts now," Shaw said. "I have a huge amount of traveling to do this year – and I am looking forward to the challenge of expanding in 120 countries before the end of 2012."
