ActionCOACH Faye Kropp Added the Executive Coaching Qualification to Follow Her Passion
Many organizations are using coaching as a retention strategy for key executives.
Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- ActionCOACH Faye Kropp, who owns two business coaching firms in Brisbane and Rockhampton, Queensland, has recently added executive coaching to her business coaching qualifications.
Kropp has 25 years of prior corporate experience and having climbed the executive ladder during her own corporate career – with little opportunity for leadership development – she understands first-hand the importance of executive coaching.
"I am passionate about working with other executives so they can make use of coaching in honing their management and leadership skills – something that was not available to me in the past," she said. "The opportunities for executive coaching are huge as organizations are going through periods of extreme change, and coaching is the most effective way of working through that change."
Kropp points out that many organizations are using coaching as a retention strategy for their key executives.
"Since many organizations are unable to compete with escalating wages, they are providing coaching services to retain some of their key executives," she said.
Kropp believes that her business coaching background will serve as a great foundation for executive coaching.
"Business coaching requires the owner and coach to look at the whole business," she said. "Executives have departments which function as 'their business,' and the issues are generally the same – only sometimes on a larger scale. One of the key challenges facing many executives today is the requirement to have a greater commercial focus than ever before."
Kropp is using the power of networking for marketing her firm's executive coaching services.
"From my perspective, executive coaching marketing is about building relationships; it takes time, consistency and persistence," she said. "Networking is the most effective form of marketing to executives."
Kropp sees many opportunities in the field of executive coaching.
"Executives and business owners, alike have to deal with massive changes in the market place - this means that executives are required to manage change far more than ever before," she said. "The current economic change is only one such example."
Winner of the Action Man Award at the Regional Conference for two consecutive years (2006 and 2007) as well as the Global Firm of the Year Award (2007), Kropp will now be expanding her existing client base with ActionCOACH's executive coaching opportunity.
