Jim Foley Joins Vanguard Cleaning Systems Master Franchise Support Team

San Mateo, CA--(Marketwire) - Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Jim Foley as Director, Master Franchise Operations, based in the San Mateo, California office. Jim brings a wealth of experience to Vanguard from his prior career, most recently as Managing Partner of the San Francisco Franchise of California Closets, a $320 million international franchisor of closet systems with 125 franchisees in 6 countries. Prior to his franchise ownership, Jim was the Vice President of Operations of California Closets Corporate where he worked extensively with the systems's franchise owners.
