H&R Block Announces Dates for Reporting Tax Season Results

Kansas City, MO, (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- H&R Block Inc. (NYSE: HRB) today announced its schedule for releasing interim results for the 2009 tax season now under way.

The first report of interim tax season results through Feb. 28 will be included in the company's announcement of fiscal third quarter financial results, scheduled for release March 6 before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange.

Subsequent releases of interim tax season results are planned prior to market opening on the following dates:



     March 23     Results through March 15

     April 24     Results through April 15
