Papa Bello Enterprises Opens First International Restaurant in Shanghai, China

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 19 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Papa Bello Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PAPA) is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the company's first international franchised unit in Shanghai, China. The restaurant, located at 214 Tianyaoqiao Road in the Xuhuiqu District, opened its doors to the public on February 14th, 2009, filling to capacity. The Papa Bello Pizza restaurant is owned and operated by the regions Area Developers, Mr. Zhiqing Ma and Mrs. Hsiao (Cathy) Endy. This flagship location represents the first of a minimum of 60 restaurants to be constructed under the terms of the development agreement.

The new restaurant offers a wide variety of menu items, including pizza, pastas, sandwiches, baked rice dishes, steak, seafood, appetizers, specialty drinks and liquor accommodations for a full service bar. It also features a self-serve frozen yogurt counter offering eight flavors and various toppings. A staff of approximately 65 employees operates the nearly 8,000 square-foot unit, designed to give the customer an American-style dining experience and atmosphere. In addition to dining-in, customers also have the option of delivery, take-out and catering.

Keeping up with growth plans, construction on a second location in Shanghai is already underway with completion slated by the end of March, 2009. This 3,500 square-foot restaurant, located on Changshou Road in the Jingan District, will also focus on both dine-in and delivery in order to service its highly populated business and residential surroundings. In addition, the location will be used as the Area Developer's training facility and test kitchen to accommodate the demands of future growth and changing trends of menu items.
