ActionCOACH Honored with "Best Client Retention" Award

Harry Raftos received accolades for his client retention capabilities.

Gold Coast, Australia, --(PR.com)-- ActionCOACH recently hosted its Asia Pacific Conference at the Gold Coast International Hotel in Queensland's breathtaking Gold Coast – touted as Australia's premier holiday destination.

At its annual awards dinner on Wednesday, February 11th, ActionCOACH honored Harry Raftos with the "Best Client Retention" award.

In presenting the award, ActionCOACH CEO Brad Sugars pointed out the importance of retaining existing clients.

"On an average, it costs six times more to get a new client – which makes the ability to retain clients paramount in any business," Sugars said. "The ActionCOACH community should look up to Harry and learn from his example by putting strategies in place to ensure client retention."

Raftos was awarded ActionCOACH's "Global Best Client Results" award for two consecutive years (2005 and 2006).
