ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award at the awards dinner held on Wednesday, February 11th, at the Gold Coast International Hotel in Queensland's stunning holiday destination – Gold Coast.

Thomson began his career in business coaching and consulting when he landed a job with a company consulting to larger corporate businesses, like Coles-Myer group, ANZ Bank, Telstra and Zurich Insurance – to name a few. This experience gave him good insight into why some businesses succeed, while others fail – very early in his career.
In 2003, Thomson achieved Gold Level Master Coach status – as a result of his performance; he is also a Platinum Level Mentor Coach and a member of the President's Club.
