Gap Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.085

Company Also Plans to Maintain Dividend of $0.34 for Fiscal Year 2009

San Francisco--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS) today announced that its board of directors voted a quarterly dividend of $0.085 per share payable on April 29, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2009. The company also announced that it plans to maintain its annual dividend per share of $0.34 for fiscal year 2009.

The company will announce fourth quarter 2008 earnings tomorrow, February 26, 2009.
