Dallas, // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Management of Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT), will participate in two upcoming investment conferences. The dates and times of the presentations are as follows:

March 11 - 10:05 a.m. Eastern (Bank of America and Merrill Lynch 2009 Consumer Conference to be held in New York)
March 17 - (J.P. Morgan Gaming, Lodging, Restaurant & Leisure Conference to be held in Las Vegas) - this conference is not webcasting the event

A simulcast of the Bank of America presentation will be available on the company's Web site - www.brinker.com. An online replay of the presentation will be available for at least two weeks following.
