The program will be led by successful businessman and Certified Action Business Coaches Jim Malski and Kevin Jackson.

Malski began his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since then he has bought and sold 16 businesses and held a number of senior management positions, including president, COO, CFO, controller, and coached entrepreneurs on how to profitably grow their organizations through proven financial and business-development practices. Malski, an international speaker and trainer, is the founder of Westport-based ActionCOACH of Connecticut, repeatedly recognized as one of the top ActionCOACH offices in the world. For 2008, it ranked as the second most successful office in North America and fifth worldwide.

Prior to joining Action, Jackson ( started and headed his own successful business coaching firm. Before that, he managed a number of highly profitable multimillion dollar projects for the Carrier division of United Technologies, ranked 39 on the Fortune 500. And before that, he served with the U.S. Army, primarily in Iraq in engineering management capacities. Jackson is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a master's degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri.
