Advance Realty is now open for business in North Cape May, NJ.

March 25, 2009 // Franchising.com // Al Kuzowsky, co-owner of Advance Realty One, and John Soda have established a new Advance Realty office location on the southern end of the scenic peninsula of Cape May. "We want to create a new concept for Real Estate sales in the area. Most of the real estate offices there have not changed the way they do business despite the changes in the market," Kuzowsky states. By taking advantage of Cape May's vacation and rental market, he believes that pursuing this overlooked strategy will make Sunset Bay a success. My goal for Sunset Bay is to create a new concept for real estate sales in the North Cape May community with our knowledge of the area and our many years of experience.
