New Dunn Bros Coffee Now Open in Spring, Texas

In-store roaster-retailer expands fresh roasted coffee concept in Texas

Spring, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For java drinkers in Spring, Tomball, Klien, Cypress and the greater Houston area looking to experience more than just the usual latte or cup of light roast, Dunn Bros Coffee has brought a new flavor to Spring and expanded the fresh roasted concept as it opened its doors on Saturday, March 28 at 6:00a.m. The new shop is located at 9305 Spring Cypress Road in the Spring Cypress Plaza Shopping Center across the street from Gleann Loch Farms.

The new location will feature free wireless internet access, outdoor patio seating, convenient drive-thru access, live music, and a meeting space available for reservation. The coffeehouse will also feature an on-site roaster, signature of the Dunn Bros Coffee concept where on-site roasting lets guests drink only the freshest coffee in town. "I want guests to know just how fresh our coffee beans really are," says Doug Morgan, co-owner. "They are here today and gone the day after tomorrow. Fresh Roasted Beans means a better tasting cup of coffee."

Dunn Bros Coffee offers a free loyalty program unlike any other called the RoastmasterRewards program. Every $40 spent at any Dunn Bros Coffee location will result in a free beverage or free half-pound of fresh roasted coffee beans.

The Spring Dunn Bros Coffee location is the sixth location to open in Texas.

About the Owners

Doug and Jean Morgan, owners of this new location, also own the Dunn Bros Coffee shops in Houston, TX on the corner of Briar Forest and Eldridge and the shop in Katy, TX in the Meadows Marketplace on South Fry Road at Grand Parkway. Prior to opening the first of the three Dunn Bros Coffee locations, Jean held the position of CFO at an International Real Estate firm. Doug worked in the oil and gas industry and also as an Independent Technology Consultant for 20 years. The two decided to start a family business and in 2005 the two owners and their son, Christopher, opened their first Dunn Bros Coffee location.
