Emerson Patton Won the Coaches' Choice "AbundanceCOACH" Award at ActionCOACH's 2009 EMEA Conference

Abundance is one of the "14 Points of Culture" at ActionCOACH and the Coaches' Choice "AbundanceCOACH" award is much celebrated within the community.

London, United Kingdom, --(PR.com)-- ActionCOACH, the number one business and executive coaching firm in the world, hosted its 2009 EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Regional Conference at the London Metropole Hotel.

The conference, which was a gathering of the best Business Coaches in the regions of Europe, Middle East and Africa, culminated in its annual awards dinner to honor the winners.

Emerson Patton won the Coaches' Choice "AbundanceCOACH" award at the conference and ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award to him.

"Abundance is one of the crucial 'Points of Culture' at ActionCOACH and it's an honor to present this award to Emerson," Sugars said.

Patton was honored to receive this award.

"It is a great honor to win this abundance award as it aligns with the highest point of our '14 Points of Culture.' Also it is in line with our vision of 'world abundance through business re-education,'" he said. "It is a great feeling to be voted for by my peers and to be able to share my successful ideas to help them develop their own business. This in turn can make a massive difference in the lives of ActionCOACH clients - worldwide."

Patton sees two major challenges across all small business clients he is working with as a result of the current economic downturn.

"Most of the businesses I see in the recession have challenges with cashflow and in making sure they are on top of outstanding invoices," he said. "The other challenge I see is that the phone has stopped ringing and owners don't have a clear, low-cost, high return marketing plan with measurements in place to make sure they are getting a great results."

Patton, who was also announced as finalist in two other categories including NetworkCOACH and SalesCOACH, has great plans for 2009.

"The plans my partners and I have for our firm include taking on three additional coaches to handle the demand we have on our new office in central Milton Keynes," he said. "We will also continue to run our very successful 'how to thrive in a tough economy' workshop series that allows us to educate and build the confidence of local business owners."

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
