Century 21 Real Estate's Adam Lerman Honored as 2009 Recruiter of the Year

May 04, 2009 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, is proud to announce that CENTURY 21 national recruiting director, Adam Lerman, was recently honored by his peers as the 2009 Recruiter of the Year at the 19th Annual Recruiting Network Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The prestigious award was presented by The Recruiting Network following interviews of nominees from leading firms in the United States and Canada. The award recognizes Lerman's work on the "Roadmap to Success" recruiting system that he was instrumental in developing for CENTURY 21.

"Adam's tireless efforts in developing the recently released Roadmap to Success program have given our brokers and franchise owners an incredibly powerful recruiting system," said Tom Kunz, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
