Noodles & Company Continues To Grow In Its Home State With Restaurant Opening In Aurora

Globally inspired noodle restaurant hosts fundraiser for the Aurora Animal Shelter

Aurora, Colo. - Noodles & Company, the quick-casual, globally inspired noodle restaurant, which serves a balanced menu of freshly sautéed Asian, Mediterranean and American cuisine, will open its third restaurant in Aurora, and 36th location in Colorado, on Friday, May 22 at 11 a.m. The new restaurant will be located in the 10550 E. Garden Drive (Mississippi and Havana), in the new Gardens on Havana outdoor mall.

"We're excited about our growth as a company nationwide and in Colorado," said Kevin Reddy, CEO and chairman of Noodles & Company.

As part of its grand opening celebration, Noodles & Company will host a pre-opening fundraiser on Thursday, May 21 to benefit the Aurora Animal Shelter. The Aurora Animal Shelter's mission is to balance the needs of people and animals by educating people and providing humane treatment, shelter and disposition of animals. The Aurora Animal Care Division was named the best Animal Care and Control agency in the United States in 2002 by the National Association of Animal Control Agencies.

From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., one hundred percent of sales made at the new Noodles & Company restaurant in the Mall of America will be donated to the Aurora Animal Shelter. Funds raised will be used to support the care for sheltered animals.

"It's a priority for us to give back to our local communities, and we are pleased to be able to support the Aurora animal shelter through our grand opening activities," said Reddy. Noodles & Company is a tip-free zone and is open Monday through Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Convenient carry-out, phone-in or fax-in orders also are available.
