PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 13 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) today announced its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share on its common stock, payable June 12, 2009 to shareholders of record as of May 28, 2009.
