Applebee's Services Selects TapDynamics to Support New Draft Beer Optimization Program

SAN FRANCISCO, May 14 // PRNewswire // -- TapDynamics, the leading provider of beverage management solutions, today announced an agreement with Applebee's Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN) , to implement the TapAdvisor Service Platform across all 398 of Applebee's Services company-owned Applebee's restaurants. As of today, TapDynamics had completed the first phase of the deployment which included the activation of 320 Applebee's stores. The second phase, which includes the additional 78 company-owned locations, will be complete by May 30, 2009.

TapAdvisor's comprehensive service offering is designed to improve draft beer profitability and increase the quality of the draft beer product sold at on-premise locations. Applebee's is using the TapAdvisor Service Platform as the foundation for their new Draft Beer Optimization Program designed to grow draft beer sales, increase profitability and improve the overall quality of draft beer poured at Applebee's locations.
