Marie Grigorian Brings a Wealth of Knowledge and Skills to ActionCOACH

Marie Grigorian has joined the ActionCOACH franchise in California.

Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Kevin Alft recently named Marie Grigorian as his latest ActionCOACH in California.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business and executive coaching firm that is showing robust growth despite the weakening economy under the leadership of its founder and CEO Brad Sugars.

Grigorian's office will be located in Studio City and she will operate in Southern California - from Santa Barbara to Irvine, with the entertainment industry, bio technology and retailers as her target markets.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Grigorian was Senior Program Manager implementing global computer applications for Amgen Inc.

Under Grigorian's leadership, 99% of 150 global team members of a $20 Million project got promotions and a three-year project was successfully implemented.

"I have been working for big corporations for over 20 years and have an understanding of executive management expectations and the workings of corporations," she said. "I have become a motivator, team builder, leader and facilitator; conflict resolution has become my second nature."
