Carpinteria, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CKE Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: CKR) will be participating in the Stephen's Inc. Spring Investment Conference on June 2, 2009. Details about the conference and when CKE Restaurants will present are as follows:
