Business Advisor Joins the ActionCOACH Franchise to Access Its World-Class Tools and Systems
Jay McDowell became a business advisor about three years ago and realized he needed a proven tool kit to become successful; it is for this reason that he joined ActionCOACH.
Las Vegas, NV,--(PR.com)-- By joining the award winning franchise founded by Brad Sugars, Jay McDowell will be able to add proven and tested systems to his consulting experience.
Sugars tested and measured the systems and tools before franchising the company in 1997. Today, on an average 10-12000 business owners use these established systems per week all over the world.
"I have been a business advisor for two and a half years now and a lack of a world-class 'tool bag' has, until now, held me back in this profession," McDowell said. "With ActionCOACH's established and proven tools, I will now have no excuses."
After making 13 moves in 31 years of corporate life, McDowell decided it was time for more stability in his life.
"While I enjoyed many aspects of my past career, I was tired of never having any control over my career and my family's future," he said. "This prompted me to further investigate the ActionCOACH franchise."
McDowell, who will be establishing his own business coaching firm in Irvine, California, is impressed by the support of the Global Office and his Master Licensee, Kevin Alft.
"The support system of the Global Office, my Master Licensee and the incredible "tool kit" I will have at my disposal will be beneficial in my new role as an ActionCOACH," he said. "ActionCOACH consists of absolutely high quality people, systems, processes, and products. The team allows the attributes of the company to sell the franchise and I really enjoyed the 'no-pressure' process of buying the franchise."
McDowell brings 31 years experience with Corporate America in logistics and supply chain- in addition to two and a half years as an independent business advisor to small and medium sized businesses.
In his past career, McDowell has worked in Eastern Europe, Russia, India, and China for PepsiCo, where he was responsible for distribution and transportation for TruServ. He also ran distribution and transportation for a regional food wholesaler.
"Three years at PepsiCo as a Trainer in creative problem solving and years of pride in building world-class teams put me in a great position to help businesses as a Business Coach," he said.
McDowell is a member of Laguna Niguel Connectors, the Assistance League of Saddleback Valley, the Red Cross, South Orange County Chambers of Commerce, Association of Professional Consultants, American Association of Senior Executives, BNI, Association of Business Advisors and Cerius Interim Executive Solutions.
ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
