Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- The idea of joining an existing, well-established system rather than having to re-invent everything himself led Daniel Gampl to join the ActionCOACH franchise in Turnpike Lane, London.
ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars spent many years and millions of dollars perfecting and testing his systems– and later making them duplicable so they could be used by any business – irrespective of industry or economy.
"I was trying to create something similar to a business coaching practice when I came across ActionCOACH," Gampl said. "I finally found what I had always been looking for so the decision to join was an easy one for me."
The best thing about joining ActionCOACH –according to Gampl, is the fact that he will be able to start working on his business from day one of acquiring his franchise.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Gampl ran an IT Consultancy company –working with clients like Avenue A | Razorfish and Standard Bank in London.
Gampl divides his past accomplishments into two areas –operational and team management.
He specialized in system integration as well as making things more effective and less expensive. He saved Standard Bank around $150,000 each year by introducing a new system of getting static and market data from data vendors. He also sped up O2 websites and reduced processing and response times down to 10 percent.
"I also became very successful in getting the right people together and creating motivated teams, where everyone felt appreciated and loved working as a part of the team," Gampl said.
Master Licensees Julie Wagstaff and Ian Christelow believe Gampl will be a great asset to their team in the U.K.
Gampl's experience in fine tuning and following systems as well as his strong leadership ability will help him in his new role as an ActionCOACH franchisee.
An active member of various sports and adventure clubs, Gampl spent many years in the real-estate industry and is a member of the Rich Dad Poor Dad program.
ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
