The ActionCOACH Franchise is a Great Opportunity for Corporate People Looking for Business Ownership

Charlie Haddon considers ActionCOACH to be a professional, competent organization with an impressive array of tools and techniques to draw upon.

Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Charlie Haddon recently joined the ranks of a burgeoning number of successful professionals in the corporate world who – weary of corporate life – are investing in their own business.

Brad Sugars' ActionCOACH franchise holds an allure for such people from the corporate world who are better suited to a white-collar business and are looking to invest in a well established franchise.

"I had had my fill of the corporate world and wanted to do something where I alone am the key determinant of my success –something which gives me many of the basic building blocks necessary for that success," Haddon said. "With ActionCOACH, I will be able to use great quality tools, methods, people and support to help me along my journey as a business owner."

After his extensive research into the viability of the business coaching franchise, Haddon was convinced this was the best opportunity for him to build a thriving business.

"This franchise system offers me the best possible chance of using my aptitude for working with people and my extensive business experience to help me build a great business – where my success is measured directly by how much I help other people in their businesses," he said.

Tom Malone recently welcomed Haddon to his team of Business Coaches in the U.K. Haddon's office will be located in Ferndown and he will practice in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

Before joining the ActionCOACH franchise, Haddon spent 12 years in a number of different IT management roles – particularly in Application Development and Support and Project / Program Management at JP Morgan. Most recently, he was an Application Support Manager, with two teams of people providing full-time support globally for a number of business-critical applications.

In his previous roles, Haddon was involved in delivering dramatic reductions in both the number of open issues for his applications, and the average time taken to resolve these issues, while also introducing a number of effective cost-saving measures. In addition to this, he led the department's successful recruitment drive to bring in new people and talent.

Haddon is happy to leave corporate life behind in order to enjoy his new role as an ActionCOACH franchisee.

"With ActionCOACH, there will be no corporate issues, and I will have a real opportunity to reap rewards directly related to my own efforts and input – and, most importantly, get to meet new people and grow my skills and experience in all sorts of interesting new ways" he said.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
