Zagat's 2009 Fast Food Survey Ranks Red Robin #1 in the "Best Burger" Full-Service Chain Category

Zagat Burger Winners Determined by a Group of More Than 6,000 Fast Food

Greenwood Village, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The results of Zagat's 2009 Fast Food Survey are in, and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers was named "Best Burger" in the full-service chain category. Celebrating 40 years as the gourmet burger expert, Red Robin offers more than two dozen, high-quality gourmet burgers with innovative and freshly prepared ingredients, including homemade guacamole and salsa, in-house-roasted Poblano peppers, grilled pineapple, crispy onion straws, jalapeño coins and even a fried egg, to name a few.

These Zagat results were based on the feedback and findings from 6,107 survey participants who rated 103 chains across the country, including 45 fast-food chains, 30 full-service chains and 28 quick-refreshment chains. The surveyors are chain-restaurant connoisseurs, eating on average at chain restaurants 11 times per month.
