Sam Stroup with an ActionCOACH Firm is Now a Business Coach
After working with an ActionCOACH franchisee as BDM for two years, Sam Stroup made the decision to become a Business Coach.
Las Vegas, NV --(PR.com)-- Over the past two years, Sam Stroup has worked as Business Development Manager (BDM) with two of the best Business Coaches in the World- Earl Kemper and Chuck Kocher.
The decision to become a Business Coach was a natural progression for Stroup, who has been part of the ActionCOACH community for two years now.
"From my time as BDM, I have learned the ActionCOACH System from the inside-out and have used it on a daily basis," Stroup said. "I believe the career path for every BDM should grow into becoming a Business Coach."
Prior to working at the ActionCOACH firm owned by Kemper, Stroup worked with Corporate America for a number of Fortune 500 companies in the financial services/ mortgage industry.
Throughout his career, Stroup has consistently been at the top of his field in terms of knowledge and production. However, the decline in the growth of the mortgage industry led Stroup to join Kemper's ActionCOACH firm. This marked his entry into business coaching –touted as the second-fastest growing industry behind IT.
"I was 'burned out' of the mortgage business and the collapse of the entire industry caused me to make a life altering decision," he said. "My core values have always driven me to achieve tangible results, which will lead to satisfied clients and this makes me a perfect fit for business coaching."
When he first joined Brad Sugars' ActionCOACH franchise as BDM, Stroup found that the concept of business coaching was not well known.
"Over the past two years, I have grown with this remarkable global franchise, which now has over 1000 offices in 26 countries," he said. "My wife and family have supported me in my decision to become an ActionCOACH and my personal commitment to them will help me become one of the best Business Coaches in the world."
Stroup is further motivated by the results a Business Coach brings to his clients.
"I am excited about the new learning and challenges as well as the satisfaction that comes from helping business owners and executives enjoy their lives, business and family," he said.
A member of the West Chamber, South Metro Chamber and the Greenwood Village Chamber, Stroup is also actively involved in the Race of the Cure (for breast cancer) and the American Leukemia Society.
ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
