Northten, Inc. Retained after Intensive Multi-Agency Search
July 20, 2009 // Franchising.com // LAKE FOREST, Calif. - Following a comprehensive agency search that included more than thirty requests for proposals and a dozen in-person presentations, The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc. has announced the decision to remain with incumbent marketing firm, Northten.
All agencies participating in the review were selected based on an extensive list of criteria including location, fees, client roster, restaurant experience and chemistry. The initial challenge was to create overarching advertising platforms for the company's timeless brand and demonstrate a proficiency in the fast casual dining segment. The final round for consideration of the top three candidates was based on creating a comprehensive program to engage children in Johnny Rockets, throughout the year.
According to Johnny Rockets Executive Director of Marketing, Tim Gorman, "What impressed us - as much as demonstrating a true understanding of our brand - was Northten's ability to carry on our day-to-day business, seamlessly. They were obviously working full-tilt to present positioning campaigns and create an out-of-this-world kids' program…while never skipping a beat on any of the forty to fifty other projects we ran concurrent to the review."
