Benihana Invites Kids to Join and Name its New Children's Club

MIAMI // PRNewswire // -- Children have always enjoyed the fun-filled experience and captivating theater Benihana's entertaining chefs provide. Now the famed teppanyaki restaurant company is letting kids get in on the action by joining and naming Benihana's new Children's Club.

Open to kids 12 and under, the Children's Club members receive a Benihana birthday postcard redeemable for a free souvenir mug, a Benihana icon, at a participating restaurant just prior to their birthday month as well as be eligible for other promotions throughout the year. New Club members can also enter a contest to name the club prior to Sept. 15 for a chance to win a complimentary dinner package for eight.

"For 45 years, families have celebrated special occasions at Benihana and the Children's Club is our way of making sure the birthdays of our youngest guests are extra special," said Richard Stockinger, CEO of Benihana. "With the recent launch of The Chef's Table, we now offer a guest program for all ages."

Members of The Chef's Table receive advanced notification on special offers and a complimentary Benihana Birthday Dinner certificate for $30 for use during the month of their birthday.
