Joseph Turturica Becomes an ActionCOACH Franchise Owner

Joseph Turturica has been helping executives for his entire corporate career. Now, with ActionCOACH, he's doing it on his own terms.

Las Vegas, NV --(PR.com)-- Before joining ActionCOACH, founded by Brad Sugars in 1993, Joseph Turturica worked in human resources in senior and executive positions for several years; he has been a Human Resources Representative for Penske Truck Leasing, Director and Vice President of Human Resources at Detroit Diesel Corporation, Vice President of Staffing and Associate Relations at Penske Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at RSC Equipment Rental.

He said his biggest accomplishments include being part of a team that successfully marketed and sold a large company to two private equity groups, and in turn, completed an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange.

After leaving the corporate world, Turturica said he had the desire to work for himself but also help other people and businesses.

"I wanted to help others utilizing the knowledge I've gained over the course of my career," Turturica said. "I had been considering starting my own consulting practice when I learned of ActionCOACH. As I learned more, I realized that the extensive tools, processes and support would greatly improve my chance of success," he said. "I believe that becoming an ActionCOACH Business Coach will allow me it achieve my goals of helping others."

Turturica opened an ActionCOACH franchise in Phoenix, Arizona. He hopes to eventually grow to become a firm and be able to help businesses all over Arizona.

He said he was impressed with ActionCOACH right away.

After meeting with my Master Licensee, Kevin Alft, I realized how much support there would be to assist me in becoming successful," he said. "I am extremely excited to enter into a business where I can help others to become more successful and improve the quality of their lives."

Turturica said his experience in Human Resources has led him to learn skills that will make him a great ActionCOACH; he is experienced in several sectors within Human Resources, including employee relations, compliance, training, talent acquisition, organizational development and executive development, which all relate to helping business owners achieve their goals.

"I have spent my entire career helping senior level executives to improve their performance," he said. "Additionally, as a member of Senior Management I have always been involved in driving business growth and profitability."
