(WRRI), a global leader in relocation, cross-border and assignment management solutions, announced that Bill Robinson has joined the company as client service director at WRRI's Operations Center in Houston. In this capacity, Bill will serve as the single point of contact and strategic subject matter expert for his clients.
Robinson brings over a decade of relocation management experience to his role. He began his career in 1996 with CitiCapital Relocation, honing his skills in various customer service positions, including relocation counselor. He moved on to increasingly strategic roles, including client services consultant with Cendant Mobility and, most recently, relocation services manager and team leader with Hewitt Mobility Services.

Robinson has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC and holds a degree from North Central Texas College.
