American Leak Detection Receives Overwhelmingly Positive Customer Service Feedback Rating

Dallas/Fort Worth-based American Leak Detection Recognizes Employees for Outstanding Customer Service.

Dallas, TX --(PR.com)-- American Leak Detection is proud to announce the recognition of two outstanding employees for their unfailing, deep-rooted commitment to customer service.

In 2009, American Leak Detection implemented a Customer Service Recognition Program to shine a light on those employees that displayed an exemplary dedication to quality customer service. In the first six months of the program, the company received more than 125 customer surveys, adding up to a 95% positive rating among existing customers.

"Our customers have always been, and remain, our first priority," said Will Knell, Director of Operations of the DFW area American Leak Detection. "We are very excited about this new program and feel that the work of our employees speaks to that dedication and we hope to continue to post such high approval rating among our clients in the future."

As part of the program, two American Leak Detection employees were recognized recently for providing outstanding services to their customers. Sandra Chalfant, a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in the Fort Worth office, and Marcus Shoemaker, a Swimming Pool Leak Specialist, from the Dallas office, both received an all-expenses paid trip for two to the vacation destination of their choice.

Chalfant has been a member of the American Leak Detection team for many years and is a self-professed country dweller that enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren. She has extensive customer service experience and channels her positive energy into assisting American Leak Detection clients with a variety of needs and questions.

Shoemaker is a U.S. Navy veteran who started in the pool industry as a cleaning/equipment repair technician. Since the beginning of his tenure with American Leak Detection, he has become one of the company's most skilled leak detection specialists. Outside of work, Shoemaker enjoys spending time with his family and coaching Little League football.
