Using his skills attained through years of experience in the consulting industry, in both IT and business, Winnie plans to help small to medium-sized business owners grow their businesses and leverage their strategic alliances. Having been an entrepreneur with the experience of taking a company through all the stages of start-up, significant growth, and finally selling the company, along with business partnerships, joint ventures, creation of products for sale to businesses and consumers, will have immense value to the business owners Winnie will be coaching.
One of Winnie's major accomplishments was "the management of the rapid growth of my consulting practice where cash flow was always a significant challenge," Winnie said. When Winnie discovered ActionCOACH, he had been working as a business consultant for several years after selling his IT consulting business.
