Peter Lepinski is excited to join the ActionCOACH team and looks forward to helping other business owners.
Las Vegas, NV --(PR.com)-- Peter Lepinski was at a crossroads in his life, pondering whether he should stray from the corporate world and become his own boss and help people, or rejoin a company to help people.
Lepinski was the general manager of a homebuilding company in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. He had had numerous successes, including restructuring two divisions into one, winning the Large Builder of the Year award in 2008, increasing sales over a three-year period in a business by 286 percent, previously owned a business and was the business of the year in its third year of operation and won numerous customer service awards.
But Lepinski was ready for a change.
"I was tired of the corporate world," he said. "As I started talking to my business friends about the possibility of doing this they unanimously said that I would be excellent at this."
He decided to become a franchise owner with ActionCOACH, and set up his business in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada.
Lepinski added his previous ownership of a business and his proven business success will benefit his ActionCOACH clients. He is glad he found this opportunity with ActionCOACH.
"Other factors that prompted this decision were my family, lifestyle changes, and I was absolutely tired of the corporate world," he said. "Also, the ability that I will have and the systems to help other business owners and the fact that I'll be my own boss helped me make my decision.
"I feel that I have the knowledge and am at the point in my life where I can help other business owner to become successful," Lepinski said.
In addition to his career accomplishments, Lepinski also sits on the Board of Directors of the Grande Prairie Ski Club and is part of the Chamber of Commerce.
Lepinski said he lives by a quote from Einstein: "Insanity is…doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Results can only change if how a person changes what they do in their business and follow a true and tried process."
