SPRINGDALE, AR--(Marketwire - September 21, 2009) - Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc., a commercial cleaning franchisor leader, continues to expand its growth in the United States by awarding the rights of the Springdale, Arkansas Master Franchise to Phillip Clark. Phillip Clark joins Vanguard after a 26-year career with General Electric Credit where he was Senior Vice President in the Equipment Leasing and Risk Management groups. With the addition of the Springdale office, Vanguard now has 46 master franchise locations throughout the United States and Canada, and 3 company owned locations in California.
