ActionCOACH Pam Holien Believes There is a Growing Need for Business Coaching

Pam Holien is excited to join the ActionCOACH team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and looks forward to helping other business owners.

Las Vegas, NV --(PR.com)-- Pam Holien was looking for an opportunity to leverage her cross-functional management skills to help businesses – when she heard about ActionCOACH – the number one business and executive coaching franchise in the world – founded by Brad Sugars. A passion for developing people and businesses, as well as a desire to own a business, were the chief motivators in Holien's decision to join the ActionCOACH franchise.

The idea of joining an existing, well-established system rather than having to re-invent everything herself led Pam Holien to join ActionCOACH. The other drivers in Holien's decision to join the ActionCOACH franchise were limited growth in the corporate environment, with a bigger opportunity in business coaching to help others succeed with the proven, successful ActionCOACH franchise system and the company's core values. She also wanted to work for the number one business coaching firm in the world.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Holien worked in the consumer product sector in Business Development, Marketing and Operations specializing in successfully executing strategic business plans.

Her areas of expertise included Strategic Planning, General Management, Sales, Product and Marketing Strategy and Implementation, and Supply Chain Management.

She has successfully lead cross-functional management teams in marketing and manufacturing environments. Holien has spearheaded continuous process improvement systems contributing to 30% increase in efficiencies. As a key account relationship builder, she has managed over $48M in business and has demonstrated success in business development by increasing sales by 35%.

"Helping individuals find solutions is something I've always been passionate about," she said. "During the past several years, I've been able to develop and apply my sales and marketing, and overall management skills in both small and large business environments. Adding those skills with the training I received at ActionCOACH, I am committed to helping business owners increase their profits and improve work/life balance."

"This franchise system offers me the best possible chance of using my aptitude for working with people and my extensive business experience to help me build a great business – where my success is measured directly by how much I help other people in their businesses," she continued.

"ActionCOACH provides much more than I had initially expected. The global business presence of a proven coaching process and systems is amazing but the real surprise is the strong network of quality coaches both regionally and globally," she said. "While the number of coaches is inspiring, it is their proactive approach to genuinely help business owners as well as fellow coaches that is really impressive."

"I am excited about leveraging my skills to contribute to the success of small-to-medium sized businesses," she said. "There is a real need for this type of service in today's economy and highly competitive markets; it is a very exciting time to help make a difference," she said.

She further likens business coaching to sports coaching. "Just like in sports, imagine having a coach on the sidelines in your team, who challenges and motivates you to be the best you can be -someone who will listen to your needs and be a sounding board for decisions, provide game strategies and insight that will stretch your thinking, your learning, and hold you accountable for your own goals," she said. "Someone who can provide guidance on how to improve performance, increase profits and gain a better work-life balance in the process".

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
