Starwood's Board Approves Annual Dividend of 0.20 Per Share

(NYSE: HOT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the Company's annual cash dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 14, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2009.
