Noodles & Company Expands In Kansas With Grand Opening In Lawrence

Restaurant hosts benefit nights for Lawrence High School and Free State High School

November 16, 2009 // Franchising.com // LAWRENCE, Kan. - Noodles & Company, the restaurant that serves noodles, soups and salads inspired from around the world, will open its 3rd restaurant in Kansas on Friday, Nov. 20 at 10:30 a.m. on 8 W. 8th St.

In celebration of the new opening, the new Noodles location will host two fundraisers. A preopening fundraiser for Lawrence High School on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and a post-opening fundraiser for Free State High School on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Per each benefit night, 100 percent of sales made at the new Lawrence restaurant will go to aid these high schools.

"We're excited about our growth in Kansas and especially in Lawrence," said Kevin Reddy, CEO and chairman of Noodles & Company. "We hope you will join us for great food as we support Free State High School on Thursday, Nov. 19 and Lawrence High School on Saturday, Nov. 21."

Noodles & Company is a tip-free zone and is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
