The brand announced earlier this year that it was repositioning its global brand image to reconnect with its chef-driven roots and emphasize the gourmet experience. The redesigned MarbleSlab.com showcases a more high-end look and feel, and offers online ordering of its gourmet ice cream cakes. For the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, Marble Slab Creamery stores are featuring an ice cream Pumpkin Pie and Apple 'N Spice Pie and new holiday ice cream cakes, including the Gift Cake and Ornament Cakes for the winter season. Cake and pie orders can be placed online with participating stores.

The brand, currently located in nine countries around the globe, recently announced the opening of the first Marble Slab Creamery in Asia, as well as plans to develop the brand in Africa. The new Web site will allow customers to connect with locations around the globe and order cakes in their local currency.
