Organic, Grass Fed Burger Chain to Open in Union Square

December 11, 2009 // Franchising.com // Arlington, VA – Elevation Burger franchisees, Fabian Rosario and John Harris, signed a lease at 103 W. 14th Street in the Union Square area of Manhattan to open their first Elevation Burger restaurant by May, 2010. The 1,900 square foot restaurant will seat 50-60 guests inside plus an outdoor cafe. "Union Square was at the top of our wish list for trade areas to launch Elevation Burger in NYC. 35 million people a year pass through the train station and Union Squares "Greenmarket" is New York City's largest and most famous farmers market which tells us the fine people of this neighborhood care about the food they are eating. Elevation Burger's organic, free range, grass fed beef and French fries cooked in olive oil, will fit in nicely with the community and we are going to do everything possible to be a great neighbor", Fabian Rosario, Elevation Burger franchisee.
